Our team will support you in building a healthier you. No matter what your health needs are, having a team support you will keep you on the path to meeting them. We work together to connect you with the services you need. Stay well with annual exams and preventative care.
Our goal is to keep you out of the hospital. When you need a specialist to address your issue, we make referrals to specialists as appropriate to make sure you are getting the best care.

When you choose us, you join a community. We work not just with you but with other members of our community to build a network of people working together for a healthier world. If we are not connected to the lab or imaging center that you want to go to we will make every attempt to establish a relationship with our community medical partners to provide choices in your Health care. Currently we are connected to Labcorp, Quest, and Lab 24. We refer out of the area such as to UCSF and UC Davis and for Imaging in the bay area as well as MD Imaging in Redding California.
